Customer portal
Your customers sign in with the email address you hold for them, using a link sent to their inbox. Nothing to install. They see their jobs with dates and status, their estimates and invoices, accept or decline estimates, open the certificates and documents you have shared, upload their own, ask for a new job, and call, WhatsApp or email you in one tap.
Team logins
Invite people by email and each gets their own login. Assign jobs to them, and they see their jobs list and the team calendar, and mark work done from site. You move it on to invoicing. Keep a list of contractors with their day rates too.
Web app for the office
