Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradeLinkers tradesperson portal at tradelinkers.co.uk/tradesperson (the "Portal"), operated by Semir Kahrimanovic ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Portal you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

1. Who we are

  • Trading name: TradeLinkers
  • Legal entity: Sole trader
  • Business address: United Kingdom (full address supplied on request)
  • Contact: semir@bozmaps.com

2. Eligibility

The Portal is intended for tradespeople and businesses providing trade services. You must be at least 18 years old and acting in the course of a business. By using the Portal you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that happens under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You can close your account at any time from the settings page or by emailing semir@bozmaps.com. We retain limited data after closure as set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. The service

We provide the Portal "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

The Portal is a companion to the TradeLinkers mobile app and uses the same backend. Some features may only be available on one surface, and we may move features between the app and the Portal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Portal for anything illegal.
  • Upload or share content that is defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, infringes copyright, or violates someone's privacy.
  • Attempt to break the Portal or its security.
  • Scrape, mass-download, or use automated tools without our written permission.
  • Impersonate other tradespeople, businesses, or accreditation bodies.
  • Use the Portal to send unsolicited marketing or harvest contact details.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this section.

6. Content you add (jobs, customers, photos)

You keep ownership of the content you add — customer records, job notes, portfolio photos, business profile information. By adding it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the Portal for you.

You confirm that:

  • You have the right to add the content and to share customer details with us as your data processor.
  • You have a lawful basis under UK GDPR to record the customer data you upload (for example, contract or legitimate interest).
  • You have told your customers, in your own privacy notice, that you use TradeLinkers to manage their information.
  • You will not upload special-category data (health, religion, biometrics, sexuality).

7. Reviews and public listings

Where the Portal or the TradeLinkers app shows public listings or customer reviews of you, those reviews reflect the opinions of the reviewer. We do not endorse or verify every claim. If you believe a review is false or defamatory, report it to semir@bozmaps.com with the URL and a brief explanation. We aim to review reports within 48 hours. Where we agree the content breaches these Terms or the law, we will remove it. You have a right of reply on any review of your business.

8. Subscriptions

Access to TradeLinkers Pro features is available through a subscription:

  • £9.99 per month, billed monthly, or
  • £50 per year, billed annually.

Subscriptions are sold through the TradeLinkers mobile app via Google Play or the Apple App Store and are governed by their respective store terms. The Portal mirrors your subscription status from those stores.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the store you subscribed through. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a refund, unless you began using the paid features and agreed to waive your cooling-off right at checkout. To request a refund, contact the store you bought from in the first instance; if you cannot resolve it there, email semir@bozmaps.com with your order reference.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

9. Intellectual property

The Portal, its design, code, and our branding are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the Portal for its intended business purpose. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the Portal.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

Subject to that: our total liability under or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in that period or (b) £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Portal, or your handling of customer data on the Portal in breach of UK GDPR.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Portal in a way that puts us, your customers, or others at risk. We will give reasonable notice unless the breach is serious or urgent.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Portal or the law changes. Material changes will be communicated by email and by a notice in the Portal at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Data Processing Addendum

This addendum applies when you upload personal data about your customers, employees, or sub-contractors to the Portal. In that situation you are the data controller and we are your data processor.

A. Scope and purpose

We process the customer and team data you provide solely to deliver the Portal and related services to you. We do not use it for our own marketing or to train AI models.

B. Your instructions

We process the data only on your documented instructions. Your use of the Portal (creating, editing, exporting, deleting records) constitutes your instructions. If we are required by law to process data outside your instructions, we will tell you first unless the law forbids it.

C. Confidentiality

Our personnel with access to your data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

D. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, row-level security on multi-tenant tables, and regular dependency updates.

E. Sub-processors

You consent to our use of the sub-processors listed at /sub-processors. We will give you at least 14 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor or making a material change. If you reasonably object, you may terminate your subscription.

F. Data subject rights

If a customer or other data subject contacts us about data you control, we will forward the request to you within 7 days. You are responsible for responding within the UK GDPR one-month deadline. We provide tools in the Portal (export, search, delete) to help you.

G. Breach notification

We will notify you without undue delay (and within 72 hours where possible) if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting data you control, providing the information you reasonably need to meet your own ICO obligations.

H. International transfers

Where we transfer your data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy decisions or the UK IDTA / EU SCCs + UK Addendum, as listed on the Sub-Processors page.

I. Return or deletion

On termination of your subscription we will, at your written request within 30 days of termination, either delete or return your data. After that, we will delete it within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, invoices retained for HMRC purposes).

J. Audit

We will provide reasonable information to demonstrate compliance, including copies of our security overview, on request and not more than once per year.
