Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 26 May 2026
Semir Kahrimanovic is committed to making the TradeLinkers tradesperson portal accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our target.
What is accessible
You should be able to:
- Navigate the Portal using a keyboard alone.
- Zoom to 200% without losing content or function.
- Use a screen reader to read most content.
- See a clear focus indicator on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Read body text at a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
What is not yet accessible
We test on every major release but we know some areas need more work:
- Some complex data tables (jobs, invoices) may be hard to read at the smallest screen sizes.
- Some date and time pickers may not announce their state in every screen reader.
- Charts and calendar views are visual-first; we provide list alternatives where possible.
If you find an issue we have not listed, please tell us — we treat new reports as priority work.
How to report a problem
Email semir@bozmaps.com with:
- The page URL where you found the issue.
- A short description of what went wrong.
- The assistive technology you use, if any (for example, NVDA, VoiceOver, switch control).
We aim to respond within 5 working days and to fix priority issues within 30 days.
How we test
We use a combination of:
- Automated checks with Lighthouse and axe-core.
- Keyboard-only navigation of every key flow.
- Screen reader spot checks (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on Mac).
- Contrast checks on text and interactive elements.
We have not yet commissioned a paid third-party audit. We aim to do so once we have a stable Pro release.
