BS 7671 Amendment 4: the transition period ends on 15 October

Amendment 4 to the Wiring Regulations was published on 15 April and the six-month transition ends on 15 October 2026, when the previous version is withdrawn. The revised sections cover medical locations, PoE, ICT equipment, functional earthing and bonding, stationary batteries and LV generating sets, with the battery section lined up to PAS 63100.
