What's new: pay by QR, and seeing when an invoice is opened

Two things went live this week for anyone invoicing through TradeLinkers.

Put your own payment link in Settings → Business and every invoice you send carries it twice: a Pay this invoice button in the email, and a scan-to-pay QR code on the invoice itself. Your customer goes from opening the email to paying without typing a sort code. It is your link and your bank — nothing about the money goes through us.

Invoices and estimates now also show Opened with a time once the customer''s email app has opened them. Worth knowing before you chase. It is not proof they read it, and a customer who blocks images never shows up at all, so treat a blank as "no idea" rather than "ignored".

If you use a pay-by-link from your bank, what does yours look like? Some banks give you one fixed link, some generate one per invoice — useful to know which ones do what before someone else goes hunting.
