What are you charging for a full consumer unit replacement?

The one everybody searches for and nobody publishes.

If you have done a domestic CU swap recently, what did it come to, and what was in that price? Worth saying whether it included any remedial work, how many circuits, whether the existing installation needed bringing up to scratch before you would sign it off, and roughly where in the country you are.

The gap between what people quote for this seems enormous and it would be genuinely useful to see where the middle actually sits.
