How much are you adding for working in an occupied house?

Empty property, you crack on. Occupied, you are moving furniture, working round a toddler's nap, dust sheeting everything and explaining what you are doing every twenty minutes.

Are you pricing that difference in, and if so how — a percentage, an extra half day, or just eating it? And does anyone actually tell the customer that is why the number is what it is?
